The UPS Store

Short and sweet visit! I needed to return something for Amazon. Walked in. Was helped immediately. Both guys behind the counter were very courteous (I could overhear the other customers being helped). Easy to work with, they took care of what I needed. Gave me some coupons for their current promotion. And I walked out in just 60 seconds! Wanted to leave a good review because of the bad ones from months ago. This store is very nice and clean and the people are nice and helpful!

I really needed to send gifts, but I didn’t have a lot of money. I was able to ship at a very reasonable price, that I can afford.

This UPS will nickel and dime you to make a buck. They only offer one size UPS supplied envelope with a prepaid shipping label. Store 5902 you can order free supplies from corporate to stock your store for your customers. The sales rep was rude when I ask about a large pak, the response was they don't supply those. Corporate please evaluate this store.

I've never had a representative at a UPS store comment so much on what I was returning, and it was in a judgmental way (not friendly). I can see that would make a lot of people feel uncomfortable, and it was inappropriate. The owner seems nice, but we won't be back.

I have been into this UPS several times during COVID-19, and have been so impressed with their service. The owner Therese has helped me several times, and each time she has been so attentive, kind and thoughtful. They are keeping the front door open as much as possible to avoid physical contact, and wiping down the keypads and pens with disinfectant between each customer. Can't recommend them highly enough!
